Ottawa – Ian Morrison will provide media comment following tomorrow’s announcement about CBC’s financial situation.
When: Thursday, April 10, 2014 at approximately 1 pm EDT
Who: Ian Morrison, Friends of Canadian Broadcasting spokesperson
Why: CBC and Radio-Canada program and staffing cuts will be announced in response to a significant financial shortfall now that the Harper government’s cuts to CBC’s budget are fully in place and as a result of poor planning on the part of CBC’s senior management appointed by the Prime Minister.
Where: Mr. Morrison will be giving one-on-one interviews in Toronto.
